Swissnology & NAC now offer one of the finest Point of Sale, Ordering and E-commerce Website currently available.  We specialize in offering low cost solutions for small business.  We are currently offering the product at $5,000 with up to two POS workstations and basic E-Commerce website.

The software is called SwissKurier and includes:

The website is designed for a large 7 year old Pizza business.  The owner required Caller ID functions, Ease of Use, Reliability and order history.  We assessed business requirements and added many up selling and marketing features; allowing our client to make suggestive selling tips to regular and new customers.

LAN & Wan Implementation

A global telecommunications company requires permanent connectivity between four International offices.  Upon assessing current and future capacity requirements, a global WAN implementation was designed.  Connectivity between Vienna, Austria, Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia and NY, NY is achieved with multiple VPN connections.  A dedicated circuit carries both data and voice, reducing corporate operating costs.  An AT&T VPN solution is also implemented to support 160+ International users.  The new proposal also includes a permanent T-1 connecting Vienna and NY.  The clients network operating cost has been reduced from $350,000 to $165,000 compared to the current solution. 

A heating and air conditioning firm requires a website redesign.  The current Domain Name configuration is listed incorrectly showing an unfinished website.  The current website structure will be retained to reduce cost.  New pages and updated content will provide a new look and feel to the site.  The websites DNS is hosted by an earlier provider.  NAC will register and support the new web hosting and provide correct DNS registration and transfer. 

The clients previous network provider did not provide adequate testing.  The clients email server was allowed to send any email.  This created an unsecured environment.  Spamming companies illegally utilized the email server to send thousands of messages.  The clients domain name (business.com) has been blacklisted.  We will remove the associated domain from all lists.  Email security has been increased including eliminating all email message attachments that may contain viruses.  A new DSL provider and monitoring software will be installed.

E-Commerce and Web Development

Designing an e-commerce website’s production and internal network architecture.  The client required a more qualified skill set then the current firm was delivering.  The current project was well behind "go live" schedule.  After initial project assessment, numerous business processes were not implemented.  Customer resource management and enterprise accounting packages were not included in the current plan. 

Network Associates team of specialists began rebuilding business plans, focusing on immediate business need and design weakness.  NAC is designing a Data Warehouse, developing the complete web project and negotiating contracts with vendors and collocation facilities. 

Our team of engineers is currently collaborating with Microsoft Great Plains accounting software.  Our lead software developer has designed and written Customer Relationship Software.  The software will integrate with Microsoft Great Plains to provide ordering, shipping, delivery, pricing and more.
